Dr. Burstein will provide you with an expert opinion on the merits of your case by calling our office to schedule an appointment to discuss relevant questions. If you desire a more in depth opinion regarding the relevancy of your case then we will discuss sending us the necessary medical records, any relevant background information, and a list of specific questions to be addressed. Retaining Dr. Burstein

After the initial free consultation and the decision is made to retain Dr. Burstein, an initial retainer deposit is required and billed on an hourly basis. He will review all records, interviews, examinations and do any research required for the case. A consultation with the attorney will then be scheduled.
